特高中国《标准化运营手册》发布

The pages that follow outline best practices, principles, Dos & Don'ts and insights that every member of our team must embrace. 在当今竞争激烈的大环境中，任何成功组织的基础皆在于其运营和质量流程的强度与可靠性。这些流程绝非仅仅是一些程序，而是对卓越的执着追求，使得我们能够持续地满足并超越客户的期望。质量并非单个部门的职责，而是融入我们整个运营架构之中，要求从一线质检员到班组长、质量工程师、运营经理和区域经理等每一位成员，都要全身心投入并致力于相同的标准。

各位同仁，
非常高兴看到经过特高中国各团队近八个月的编写、矫正、试行和审阅，第二版（即正式版）《特高中国标准化运营手册》于昨日正式发布。衷心感谢积极参与其中的运营、质量、销售、OE、财务、HR各职能成员！
这本手册是特高专业性、责任心、服务意识和企业文化的集中体现。是指导我们运营工作的基本规范。长期以来，我们基本的运营能力提升被严重忽视，运营基础工作的保障极其脆弱。竞争对手们纷纷赶超上来。有些客户甚至评价称：“特高昂贵的服务和本地小三方廉价的服务对比没有什么亮点。”
痛定思痛，所以今年以来，公司坚持回归初心，大力恢复提升我们基础的运营能力。夯实服务流程与规范，并在成都和上海试行了第一版（即试行版）《特高中国标准化运营手册》。取得了良好的效果和客户的好评。根据累积的经验及各方建议，正式版手册终于诞生了！
公司管理层将在接下来的几个月里在各地推动该手册的落地与执行。需要各位同仁一致的支持和配合。相信在特高中国全体伙伴的团结努力下，我们一定能摆脱目前的困境，再度辉煌！
